Related Documents

Some larger, information repository style sites will require a related documents panel on pages with several attachments.

Adding related documents to a page is a simple process:

  1. Locate the related documents panel below the content area of a page or post, if a panel is not available you may have not required this for your site during construction and it was never implemented, please check with us to see if it is compatible with your needs.
  2. Once you locate the panel, look for an Add File button, if no button is available, look for the + Add Field button (blue, bottom right) to add another row. Press the Add File button to bring up the file upload screen.
  3. Press Select Files and browse to the file on your computer, once you select it press Open, the file will upload and a panel with file details will open.
  4. Enter a title in the title box, this will be displayed in the related documents panel.
  5. Press Select File.
  6. Add another by selecting +Add Field and following steps 2 – 5 again.
  7. Publish the page/post.
