Office 365 (Outlook 2017)

  1. Download & Install Office 365.
  2. Once installed, open Outlook and follow the prompts to activate your account.
  3. Make sure you choose the provider IMAP/POP
  4. Use the configuration details we sent you to fill out the settings, then click ‘Add Account’

IMPORTANT: These guidelines seem to be suitable for most people, however if they don’t work for your situation and/or you need more detailed IT support you will need to refer your enquiry to an IT consultant.
